How do I register?
You can submit and register online here.

Are their technical parameters for the entry?
If possible, your entry should be submitted as a pdf. If this is not possible please submit your entry as a Word document.

What should be included in my entry?
Even though you also provide this information on the registration form, every entry should have the student’s name, their grade and their school.

Can my child participate in both the speech contest and the writing contest?
Yes. However, they cannot submit the same entry for both contests. They must be two separate pieces of work on two separate topics.

How long should my child’s written entry be?
Your child’s written entry should be 250-400 words.

When will the winners be announced?
Winners will be announced on March 15, 2016. Winning entries will be published in a booklet to be distributed at the Public Speaking Contest.

How will entries be judged?
Entries will be judged by a committee of educators. Depending on the number of competitors, group sizes generally range from 8-18 kids.
