Promoting teen mental health in the Greater Vancouver community by bringing programming, training, and curricula to the teens and teen-facing adults in our community as well as mental health professionals. Through our zoom and in-person events, we aim to bring more awareness and destigmatize mental wellness and provide teen-facing adults with the tools to be there for the teens in their care. Our curricula for middle and high schoolers provide students with "why" to live, helping them find their purpose and build resilience to face life challenges.

Confident Parents: Thriving Kids Anxiety Program: A province wide program with a ‘made in B.C. model’ based on the best available evidence for supporting families to effectively reduce signs of mild and moderate anxiety in their children, focusing on skill building and strategies parents can use. Delivered through videos and telephone coaching sessions.
Confident Parents: Thriving Kids Behavour Program: Grounded in Parent Management Training, by Oregon Model. Through a series of six to 14 weekly coaching sessions, exorcises and workbooks, parents and caregivers learn effective techniques to support their child’s social skills.
