The annual international Israeli dance youth festival, Festival Ha’Rikud, is created by JCC Orr Vancouver Israeli dance school in collaboration with other organizations. It is a fun-filled weekend that celebrates Israeli culture with performances by local groups ranging from grades K to 12, and visiting troupes from Canada, U.S.A., Mexico, and Israel.
