Two leading experts, Dr. Tsur Somerville and Dr. Danny Ben-Shahar, compare their real estate forecasts in two of the world’s most dynamic cities, Vancouver and Tel Aviv.

Dr. Tsuriel (Tsur) Somerville is the Real Estate Foundation of BC professor in Real Estate Finance at the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Dr. Danny Ben-Shahar is an associate professor of Finance and Real Estate at the Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University.
