JSprouts Registration & Stable Harvest SukkahFest

JSprouts is BACK!

JSprouts is back for its third school year. Focused on exploring cultural Jewish identities through arts and crafts, JSprouts offers an exciting after school program at Circus Play Café. With support from the Levine Family we have been able to develop a curriculum aimed at helping children from unaffiliated, interfaith, and diverse families find their unique Jewish identity. As a community based program, offered every Wednesday after school for two hours starting in October, JSprouts caters to children from kindergarten to grade three. We hope to see your kids there.

Wednesdays from 3:00 – 5:45 p.m. (October 2021-June 2022)

Stable Harvest SukkahFest comes to Langley!

This year we are proud to partner with the Langley Jewish community and Stable Harvest Farm to present Stable Harvest SukkahFest. This event is the perfect opportunity to meet new families, build community from the ground up and celebrate Sukkot together. This sold-out event will feature carnival games, food, a live performance by Monika Schwartzman, and more. We hope to make this an annual event and a highlight the community calendar.

Stable Harvest Farm is a charitable organization that is home to an organic farm in Langley. With their mission to ensure that those in need of support have regular access to healthy farm to table produce, Stable Harvest Farms donates the majority of their tens of thousands pounds of organic produce a year to nourish people in the Greater Vancouver area, the Lower Mainland and across British Columbia.

“Stable Harvest Farm is the dream and vision of Syd Belzberg, a member of the Jewish community who expects nothing in return. Mr. Belzberg wants nothing more than to supply those in need with fresh, organic produce. It is the perfect venue for SukkahFest, as it provides inspiration to the Langley Jewish community and the opportunity for us to grow like the produce, one seed at a time.“ - Monika Schwartzman
