Net@

Net@ opens doors. The three-year education program helps high school students in disadvantaged areas of Israel achieve high-level computer skills that would normally be beyond their reach.

Currently operating in 23 towns and neighborhoods, NET@ has given thousands of students the training they need to become high-tech professionals. The well-rounded program also encourages volunteer service to reinforce community involvement and leadership.

Funding from Jewish Federation of Greater Vancouver supports two cohorts of high school students in our partnership region in the Upper Galilee. In addition, space at Beit Vancouver is dedicated to a NET@ computer lab and repair shop, creating bonds between the students engaged in NET@ and the Beit Vancouver youth centre. More...
