Lanni Weingarten is a mixed media artist, yogi and dog lover living in Vancouver. Informed by nature and her love of yoga, Lanni’s artwork, explores a whimsical response to the every day beauty she sees around her. She likes to mix old with new. In her Modern Jewish Roots series Lanni merges the traditional jewish symbols with her distinct artistic style to reflect her take on Judaism in the 21st century. Her paintings are full of playful movement that encourages the viewer to pause and reflect while the eye meanders the delightful details.

Moms Offering More (MOM) is an initiative that started in 2021, with the desire to bring multi-generational mothers together to support one another, while raising funds and volunteering for vulnerable single-mothers in Vancouver. As we come to the holiday season, finances for single-guardian and vulnerable families can be extremely high. With the rising cost of inflation, recovery from the economic strains brought on by the pandemic, and food insecurity affecting families across the country, the needs in our community are evident. 100% of proceeds from the sale of MOM Merch, including ready to wear and pre-order clothing and candles, at the Choices Marketplace will be given to single-mothers and their families this holiday season.
