Celebrating 10 years of Choices

Close to 500 women, inspired and united by one cause - strengthening our community through tzedakah – gathered at the Beth Israel Synagogue on Sunday evening to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Choices.

To mark the auspicious anniversary this year’s event featured Alina Spaulding who reprised her role as the inaugural Choices keynote speaker. Alina emigrated from Russia to the United States in 1979 with the help of many Jewish agencies funded, in part, by our Federation.

Ten years after sharing her inspirational story, Alina’s continued involvement in humanitarian causes in the United States and overseas provides proof of how our support of those in need can have a profound impact on lives and communities around the world.
